By accessing or using the services provided by DJ Web Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), a brand owned and operated by Gee Productions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DJ Web Studio provides website setup, hosting, and routine content updates for professional DJs. The specific features and pricing of your plan are outlined at the time of purchase.

3. Fees and Payment

Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee is required to begin the website build process.

Monthly Subscription: A recurring monthly fee covers hosting and routine content updates. This subscription typically begins after a 30-day trial period following your initial purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice to you.

4. Content Updates & Maintenance

"Routine content updates" include small changes to text, photos, and basic site information. It does not include full site redesigns, new page creation, or complex technical integrations, which may be quoted separately.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content (photos, videos, logos, text) that you provide to us. DJ Web Studio and Gee Productions retain ownership of the website design, code, and underlying platform structure. If you cancel your subscription, your website will be taken offline.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gee Productions and DJ Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
